The art of storytelling is older than Aesop himself, and the art of teaching through story is ageless.  This collection of familiar Aesop tales revives the art of teaching through storytelling in the co-operative format of readers theatre. In addition to strengthening reading and performance skills through readers theatre, these stories may serve as a starting point to extend reading lessons into discussions about values, social behaviours, character training, virtues and life skills.
