SHIPPING POLICY

For North American orders, will be shipped at the conclusion of successful transaction. Shipping takes 7 – 10 days, depending on destination and shipping method requested by customer.

For Non-North American orders: will be shipped at the conclusion of successful transaction. Shipping takes up to 3 weeks, depending on destination and shipping method requested by customer.

REFUND POLICY

NO returns accepted without prior written consent of U Otter Read It.
Customer agrees to pay own shipping costs.
No damaged or unsaleable books will be accepted.
A 15% restocking fee may be applied.
